HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Most items on our website are produced on-demand. Once an order is placed, it will usually takes around 1-3 business days to produce. After it is done, it will be shipped out, depending on destination, it will take around 3-7 business days to be delivered.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY?
After you placed an order, you will receive confirmation email. Once your product is ready to be shipped out, you will receive another email with tracking information where you can track online.
CAN I HAVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
Due to the nature that all of our products are custom made, meaning they will be produced when the customers order, we do not accept returns.
We guarantee, that the products will be new and produced just for you per your order.
We will issue refunds for orders that are defective, e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, or holes in the garment. If a return or exchange is requested, we will review the request and we will need the following pictures from you:
1. Showing the defects, close up.
2. For shirt, laying flat, with feasible size label.
You can send the pictures to email@example.com, and we will respond within 1 business day or faster and we will respond if a refund or exchange will be given. Refund/exchange requests must be made within 14 days after product has been delivered to you.
No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes customer ordering a wrong size, style, or color, and any delays by the shipping company.
Due to color calibration differences between computer screens, color shown may look slightly different than actual color.
Sale does not transfer the copyright of the designs/images.
We (the shop owner @mioqlo) retains all reproduction rights and copyrights.
Please do not return the product right away to the return address on the original packaging. Your return will be rejected. Please wait for our instruction.
Please review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any issues. We will also send an e-mail with details about your order immediately after your order is placed, and if there are any discrepancies in your order at that point, please contact us to make a change.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you need to change details on your order such as size or color, please contact right away: firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the order has been printed, we are unable to make any size changes or give any refunds.
